Weather Warning
Silver Sands had severe gales last night the 8th December 2011 with roof damage to one caravan and various, sheds, storeguards, aerials and skylights blown away.
The forecast predicts more wind over the coming days and weeks, so please could all holiday home owners ensure that all personal items left outside of the holiday home are secure and that they do not get blown away and cause damage to your holiday home or others.
The ground staff are presently clearing up the debris from last night and Silver Sands Leisure Park Limited cannot be held liable for the loss of any shed, storeguard and its contents or damage caused by holiday home owners who have not securely fixed, sheds, storeguards, fences or any other items outside of their holiday homes.
We also strongly recommend that you are adequately insured otherwise you will be personally responsible for any damaged caused by these items.

Scottish and Sothern Energy has informed us that there will be a Temporary Interruption of Electricity Supply on Wednesday the 2 November between 10.30am and 3.30pm, so please take all necessary precautions.

Due to some recent press articles and rumours spreading around the parks by various owners and residents, Lifestyle Living Group will not be increasing site fees or ground rent for the 2012 season even though the Retail Price Index is presently 5.6%.
In the coming weeks and months Lifestyle Living will be keeping everyone updated with their development plans for the parks. In the meantime please be patient while we deal with this transitional period.
